Buenos Aires, Argentina — Argentina is set to ban the use of environmentally friendly bags in the tourist areas of the South American nation.
In a decree, the government is banning the use and sale of eco-bags, which use less energy to carry and carry less weight.
The move comes as Argentina prepares for its World Tourism Council event to promote the countrys tourism industry.
The countrys economy is the fifth largest in the world, with a gross domestic product of $30.6 billion.
